By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Who We Are
Latasha Du Plooy LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Missouri, United States, with its business address at 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701-2444, USA. We provide online education, coaching, workshops and digital products for entrepreneurs and women in business.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or use our services. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Our Products and Services
We offer online coaching, live workshops, challenges, digital learning programs and digital tools, including the Vision Casting Workshop, One-on-One Coaching, The Niche Clarity Blueprint, The Unlock DEMO Framework™, PromptUnlockPRO, 24 Hrs With God and Skills Workshops. Each product's description, price and format are shown on its page at the time of purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
Your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are your responsibility.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already made.
5. Delivery
All products and services are delivered online. Nothing is shipped physically.
Digital products and programs: access details are sent by email immediately after purchase, or within 24 hours at the latest.
Live workshops and events: joining links and instructions are emailed before the event.
Coaching: after purchase, you will receive a link to book your session(s). Sessions take place online by video call.
If you don't receive your access email, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
6. "Lifetime Access"
Where a product includes "lifetime access" (for example, PromptUnlockPRO at the Founder Member price), this means access for as long as we continue to offer that product. If we ever discontinue it, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
All products and services are digital, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Your Account and Access
Your access is personal to you. You may not share your login details, resell access or give program materials to others.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, without a refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content we provide, including videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks (including the CRISP framework and The Unlock DEMO Framework™), prompts, text, graphics and branding, is owned by Latasha Du Plooy LLC or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
When you buy from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish or create competing products from our materials without our written permission.
10. Live Sessions and Recordings
Live workshops and group sessions may be recorded and shared with participants. By joining, you agree that your name, voice, image or comments may appear in the recording. You can turn off your camera, use a display name, or ask questions privately if you prefer not to appear. One-on-one coaching sessions are not shared with anyone else.
11. Community Conduct
In any live session, group or community space, you agree to treat others with respect. Harassment, hateful content, spam, unsolicited selling or sharing other participants' private information is not allowed. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
12. No Guaranteed Results (Earnings Disclaimer)
Our programs are educational. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, sales, business results or outcomes. Any examples or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, circumstances and many factors outside our control.
13. Professional Advice Disclaimer
Our content and coaching are for educational and inspirational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological or other professional advice. Please consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
14. Faith-Based Content and Fasting
Some of our programs, including 24 Hrs With God, include Christian faith-based content, prayer and fasting. Taking part is voluntary. Fasting is not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, an eating disorder or any other medical condition, or take medication, consult your doctor before fasting. You may take part in the prayer elements without fasting. You take part at your own risk.
15. AI Tools Disclaimer
PromptUnlockPRO and our AI-related training help you create prompts for use with third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT). We do not control those tools, and AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and checking any AI output before relying on or publishing it, and for following the terms of the AI tools you use.
16. Third-Party Services
Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, such as Stripe, video conferencing tools, email providers and course platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
17. Affiliate Program
If you join our affiliate program, you earn a commission of 30% on qualifying sales you refer, under the separate affiliate terms provided when you sign up. Affiliates must not make false claims, promise income results, or use spam or misleading advertising.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Latasha Du Plooy LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to.
