This Earnings Disclaimer applies to the website www.latashaduplooy.com and to all products, programs, workshops, coaching, emails, social media content and other materials provided by Latasha Du Plooy LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
1. No Guarantee of Income or Results
We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn any money, make any sales or achieve any specific results by using our products, programs, coaching or tools, including PromptUnlockPRO, The Niche Clarity Blueprint, The Unlock DEMO Framework™, the Vision Casting Workshop, One-on-One Coaching, Skills Workshops and 24 Hrs With God.
Our programs are educational. They are designed to teach skills, share strategies and support your personal and business growth. They are not a business opportunity, investment or "get rich quick" scheme.
2. Your Results Depend on You
Building a business takes time, effort and commitment. Your results will depend on many factors, including:
Your background, experience, skills and education
How much time and effort you invest
Your business idea, niche, offer and pricing
Your market, audience and competition
Your finances and personal circumstances
Economic conditions and other factors outside your control
Many people who buy educational programs never apply what they learn, and so see little or no result. Like any business, there is a risk that you may lose money or not earn anything.
3. Testimonials and Examples
Any testimonials, case studies, success stories or income examples shared on our website, in our programs or on social media are real experiences of individual people. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or prediction of your results. The people featured may have had prior experience, resources or circumstances that helped them. We have not independently verified all results shared by clients.
Where Latasha shares her own story or results, these are her personal experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same.
4. Forward-Looking Statements
Any statements about future earnings, growth or potential on our website or in our materials are only our opinions or expectations. They are not promises of actual results. Words such as "can," "may," "could," "potential," "grow" and "build" describe possibilities, not guarantees.
5. Not Professional Advice
Our content is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Before making business or financial decisions, please consult a qualified professional who can advise you on your specific situation.
6. AI Tools
PromptUnlockPRO and our AI training help you create prompts for use with third-party AI tools. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Using AI tools does not guarantee any business result or income. You are responsible for reviewing and checking all AI output before you rely on or publish it.
7. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on our website, in our emails or in our content may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products and tools we believe are useful.
Our own affiliate program pays partners a 30% commission on qualifying sales they refer. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship and must not make income claims or promise results on our behalf.
8. Your Responsibility
By using our website, products or services, you accept that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. Latasha Du Plooy LLC is not liable for any losses, damages or lack of results arising from your use of our materials. Please also read our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
