I'm Latasha Du Plooy, founder of Latasha Du Plooy LLC. I help women in business find clarity in who they are, what they're called to build, and how to share it with confidence.

After 17 years in imports and exports administration, I began my digital business journey at 50. Starting again taught me how overwhelming it can feel to learn new technology, find direction, and take that first step. I started out in digital marketing, teaching people how to build income skills online. Over time I noticed something that strategy alone couldn't fix.

Many capable, faith-filled women had the knowledge and the tools, yet still held back. They second-guessed their voice, compared themselves to others, and put off becoming the woman they knew God had in mind. I realised the real breakthrough wasn't another tactic. It was identity.

Today my coaching and programs bring those two worlds together: practical business skills grounded in faith, self-worth, and self-trust. My work is especially close to the hearts of women over 40 who are ready for a new chapter. I believe vision is stronger than fear, and that you are never too old to learn something new.
